- Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached and a receipt are accepted within 7 days of receipt of item.
- Sale & Accessories items are NOT returnable, they are FINAL SALE.
- Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
- All in-store returns must be accompanied by a receipt.
- We are not responsible for how you wash or wear your clothing. Items damaged after washing or after wearing are not eligible for return.
- Refunds are issued back to original method of payment or store credit.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you believe you received a defective item, you must notify us by email within 3 days of the delivery confirmation date or date of in-person purchase and include a photo, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. An item that is damaged in the washing machine or ripped after wearing is not eligible for return and is not considered defective. No exceptions.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on COVID 19 face masks, sale item, accessories or gift cards. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items, process the return, and send you an email with your e-giftcard. Once you receive the gift card, you will be able to use it towards any future online purchase at amunniboutique.com. Unfortunately, due to high demand and limited inventory, we cannot put items on hold for exchanges. We recommend purchasing the item you wish to exchange for, and when your return is received, you will be refunded for the total amount of the return. *This must be pre-approved via email (email@example.com)*
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
